i had a 2000.00 credit card from about 4 years ago. something happend and i couldnt make the payments. it is now just under 11000.00 dollars! i called the local agency that is handeling it and they said i can pay 100.00 a month but they cant work with me as far as the apr, or fees. he said that my apr is 30% and my finace charges are 180.00 a month. oh my gosh i dont know what to do!!!! what should i do?
